Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from our online store. By the use of this web site, customer agrees to abide by these terms:

Customer agrees to supply accurate and valid information needed to process requests to purchase merchandise. This includes providing an accurate and complete mailing and/or valid email address  where requested, providing a valid credit card number from either Visa or Mastercard and other information as required. It is hereby stipulated and the customer agrees that no merchandise will be released or shipped until all purchase and shipping requirements are met in full.

All merchandise is guaranteed to be of first quality and free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, the Guardian will either replace the item with a new one (upon return of the defective item), replace the item with another item of equal value (upon return of the defective item), or refund the purchase price upon satisfactory proof of purchase and return of the defective item. Return of defective merchandise is limited to 10 days if item was purchased locally and picked up at the Guardian, or 30 days if item was shipped by parcel post.

Other than the above, the Guardian does not warranty products beyond the amount actually paid for the article, excluding shipping and handling fees. The Guardian is not responsible for items lost, misplaced, or misdirected by Canada Post. Delays in shipping at especially busy times of the year like Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. are to be expected and shipping time frames are estimates only, and therefore are not guaranteed.

The Guardian reserves the right to limit quantities, and does not guarantee to carry a full range of sizes and colours. All merchandise offered is "in-stock only" and the Guardian may add to inventory or discontinue the sale of any item at its sole discretion at any time without notice.

While we take every precaution to make sure an item is in stock at the time of ordering, if an item is temporarily out of stock we will either refund the purchase price or will ship a new item when it becomes available, at the customer's option.
